Ms. Katerina Manoli was born in Greece and currently works and lives in Athens. She studied Law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and took part in the ERASMUS exchange student program, studying at the Law Faculty of the University of Saarland in Germany, for six months.  She acquired an MSc in Services Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business in 2009. She has practiced law in Thessaloniki, working mostly on civil and commercial law cases. She has been an employee of the Greek Tax Administration (Ministry of Finance) since 2003. She was later appointed at the Department for Insolvent Debtors of the Directorate of Collection (2012), currently part of the newly founded Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR). She has worked as an instructor for the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA) on subjects concerning tax collection from insolvent debtors. She speaks Greek (native), English (fluent), and German.
